4. Learner Data and Institution Responsibility

When an Institution uses Nepova to manage its own students, instructors, and courses, Nepova acts as a data processor on the Institution's behalf for that learner data. The Institution remains the data controller responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from its learners and for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data it uploads. Nepova processes this data only to provide the Service and as instructed by the Institution.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g., hosting, cloud storage, email delivery, and payment processing), under confidentiality obligations

• Law enforcement or regulators where required by applicable law

• A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy continuing to apply

Our Institutions may include schools serving minors. Where learner accounts belong to children, the enrolling Institution is responsible for obtaining any parental or guardian consent required under applicable law before providing learner data to the Service.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
