These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NepalLMS ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By using NepalLMS, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using NepalLMS

NepalLMS provides a learning management platform for teachers, institutes, and training centers to manage courses, students, assessments, and related content. You must be authorized to act on behalf of your organization to create an account.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

• You will not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• You will not upload content that infringes on others' rights.
• You will not attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the Platform.
• You will not misuse student or user data collected through the Platform.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of courses, assessments, and other content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display it solely to operate the Platform on your behalf.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed as described at checkout or in your agreement with us. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep NepalLMS available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NepalLMS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
